Floor Lamps are always in demand. Contessa’s has two beauties in the store right now. Both are vintage specimens and were purchased at auction. These lamps are typical styles from the 1940’s and have been professionally rewired. New shades have been purchased.

Lamp #1 has a wooden spindle post and has been treated with a paste-wax which we import from England. This lamp has been restored to its natural patina and is a delightful dark antique mahogany. This lamp stands slightly over four feet tall. It is available for sale now at $210.

Lamp #2 has a wooden column effect in a light almond color and is a painted wood. It stands five and one-half inches tall. A two-light bulb switch with a capacity of up to 100 watts makes this lamp a perfect light source for a formal living setting. Now on sale at $250.00
