Tonight at 6 pm we will meet for class #3 in our six-week series of beginners Hatha Yoga. We have a great class. Tonight we will really focus on stretching,   heart centered breathing, balance and pose. If you haven’t come before, please don’t feel like you have to wait until we begin our next six/ sessions.  We take it slow and practice with intention so you will not feel like a first timer  if you wish to bring a guest with you we are delighted.
