Del Ray Yoga will meet tomorrow night from 6 to 6:50 pm in Lundsford Hall at the Del Ray United Methodist Church. Our class is growing. A few of you travel so we understand when you are unable to make it. Just remember you can “show” anytime. We have a spiritual vibe that thinks about you and prays for you, even if you are not present. Each of us is on a journey to become more whole, and so in body mind and spirit, we unite as we develop our “yoga practice.”
I do look forward to seeing each if you on Tuesday evenings. This week bring with you a “share” story about how yoga is changing your life.
Until tomorrow evening then…..
YES – tomorrow evening we will meet in Del Ray at 6 pm. Our schedule had a slight “blip” last week but we are back on track now. As always, it will be great to see all of you. Don’t forget your water!! Looking forward to fun, learning and our unique spiritual connection. Namaste!!!

Tonight we will all unite for a combined Yoga class at 6 pm at Arlington Forest UMC. Everyone’s schedules made it necessary to move our class to one location. Next week we will resume our normal schedule of Tuesday in Del Ray at 6 pm and Thursday in Arlington at 6 pm
Looking forward to being with you all this evening.
We will begin our new study on Thursday, April 14th to May 19th (six weeks) at 7:30 pm in the “Parlor-Room 207 at the Del Ray UMC. Our study is the book of John – The Study of Light and Life. In John’s gospel, Jesus calls people to believe in him and to abide in him. Both following and believing in Jesus are important dimensions of Christian discipleship. Join us for the study of John, and as you read John, approach the text actively, thrusting yourself into its pages and ponder how the words speak to the meaning of Jesus for your life.
All are Welcome!!!
Please feel free to contact me if you have an interest in attending.
Tonight at 6 pm we will gather for spiritual renewal and Hatha Yoga. Our class is in week #14. We have a new student coming this evening. Please welcome Julie when she arrives. Our schedule this evening will include more floor exercise and we will continue to perfect “Sun Salutations.” Looking forward to seeing you. It’s always the highlight of my day to teach with you. I see so much personal progress. My spirit and my heart are touched when I witness your dedication. See you at 6 pm.
