Contessa has several irons in the fire, so our Etsy site has been somewhat inactive. During July we will ramp it up a bit. In the last few days our Austrian crystal chandelier is being looked at by a couple shoppers  We have email inquiries from these followers too. This crystal decanter was sold yesterday. It is a lovely piece and we trust our buyer from Texas will enjoy it for years to come. Enjoy!

Contessa Continues Reston Estate Apprasal

This week we should finish in Reston. This estate is unique in that this home owner is a textile artist.  Her works are quite amazing. It’s been a challenge to evaluate her very large wall pieces,  but together we have come up with some fair and consistent numbers. Her Turkish background presents  amazing colors in her creative work and in her decorating style. A great assignment for Contessa as we are always up for leaning about new cultures and traditions

Bethesda Estate – Close To Finish

We have had a productive and great two weeks in Bethesda. Close to finishing. One more day should do it. Off to Reston on Thursday and Friday.

Our Bethesda home had great furniture and tons of items for entertaining  Wrought Iron and Wicker Furniture out the ying-yang. Lots of political parties were held in this home

Bethesda Estate Sale – Prep

Starting work in Bethesda this week. Furniture appraisals specifically. Should be a great week. Just starting,  but lots to do and lots to evaluate. We are hoping for some new art finds as we prep for our Fall show at ACDS in Alexandria.
