We are very pleased to announce that we will begin our third six-week Hatha Yoga Class on Wednesday, September 26th at 5:45 pm to 6:40 pm at Arlington Church of the Brethren, ACOB, 300 Montague Street, Arlington, VA 22203
This is a gentle and basic yoga class designed to teach you posture and breathing techniques, to help you to release and relieve stress, reduce tension, improve circulation, and learn to relax while learning the fundamentals and positions of gentle yoga. This class is for beginners. All are Welcome!

Time: 5:45 pm to 6:40 pm
Six-week Class Dates:
October 4, 11, 18 And 25
$9.00 per class – or $45 for all six classes which is a $10 savings. Please arrive fifteen minutes early for our first class so that time allows to complete the required paperwork. Fees will be payable prior to the beginning of each class session. Sessions are continuous. All you need to do is show up once you have paid.

Our class had a great stretching workout yesterday. We were all tight and brought some stress with us to our class. We all admitted that at this time of year with so much happening in our lives, Yoga is a great source for us to help keep calm, grounded and well physically.

WHEN: Beginning on Saturday, November 11, at 10:00 am
Please join us for Hatha Yoga on Saturday mornings. Yoga is a terrific way to begin your weekend. Our class size is small. We have been working together for two years. Please don’t be shy. New beginners are always welcome. We are going to commence in November as if we were all starting the practice of yoga for the very first time.
Our classes are $10 each. No extended commitment is required. You are welcome to pay as you attend. All we ask is that you sign in at the beginning of each class.

Hello My Yoga Peeps,
We will resume our Yoga schedule beginning on Wednesday, September 13th at The Church of the Brethren at 300 Montague Street in Arlington, VA
Our class begins at 5:45 pm and we finalize at 6:35 pm. Free parking is available and we meet in the church hall on the ground level. Rev Nancy had been generous to allow us to continue at her church location. Classes are $10 each.
We will begin with Sun Salutations and provide great stretching and IT Band techniques, as well as, arthritis sessions in our practice. And we will strengthen and stretch the belly muscles. Did you know there are three different belly muscles? We will start from the beginning and work our way up to where our class left off in May.
